Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate cybersecurity business growth across the market.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in business development, account management, and enterprise sales, along with the ability to build lasting customer relationships and generate new business opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cybersecurity sales and business development initiatives across the KSA market.
  • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with enterprise and government customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and position relevant cybersecurity solutions and services effectively.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation through successful closure.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement while driving account growth and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5–15 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong experience within the KSA market is mandatory.
  • Experience in cybersecurity sales or IT security solutions.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity services and technologies.
  • Strong network within enterprise and government sectors across the KSA.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
