Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is looking for a qualified and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Riyadh.

We are seeking a professional with strong experience in business development within the engineering consultancy, construction, projects, or professional services sectors, with the ability to identify new opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and support the company’s growth in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor tenders, market opportunities, and potential partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the proposals and technical teams to support technical and financial submissions.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and professional engagements.
  • Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Prepare regular reports on leads, opportunities, client engagement, and business development activities.
  • Support management in growth planning and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management.
  • Previous experience in the Saudi market is required.
  • Experience in engineering consultancy or construction companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong network with government entities, developers, contractors, and private sector clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to achieve business targets.
