Job Responsibilities
- Manage full procedures of enterprise qualification, customs registration, filing, annual inspection and information modification for vehicle import. Oversee import declaration, tax assessment and customs clearance compliance. Strictly abide by Hong Kong Motor Vehicles (First Registration Tax) Ordinance and customs regulations to eliminate compliance risks.
- Lead manufacturer qualification registration, vehicle model certification and technical document filing in Hong Kong. Review and submit corporate credentials, vehicle specifications, quality certifications and production qualifications to maintain valid and compliant manufacturer records.
- Coordinate environmental certification, noise & exhaust emission testing and safety certification. Liaise with Environmental Protection Department for emission approval and certificate issuance, and follow up vehicle structural safety inspection with Transport Department to ensure full compliance with local road traffic standards.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in regulatory policies, certification criteria and approval procedures of Hong Kong Customs, Transport Department and Environmental Protection Department. Capable of independently managing large-scale certification projects and resolving critical compliance issues.
- Familiar with vehicle technical parameters, emission standards and safety inspection rules, able to accurately verify certification and declaration documents.
- Excellent government relations, communication and negotiation skills. Able to engage with regulatory authorities efficiently and resolve approval obstacles promptly.

Permanent station in Hong Kong, with Hong Kong residency！
Solid passenger Vehicle(PV) sales experience is mandatory！
