Pay range : $20 – $25/HR
***80 – 90% TRAVEL REQUIRED***
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Financial Advisor Transition Services team. This role supports experienced Financial Advisors as they transition their business, client relationships, and assets onto a new platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience by managing account transfers, repapering activities, and brokerage account setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition of Financial Advisors by facilitating the transfer of client accounts and assets
- Manage “repapering” processes, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Open and onboard brokerage accounts in alignment with internal policies
- Accurately input and validate client and account data across multiple systems
- Review and process high volumes of financial documentation within strict service-level agreements (24-hour turnaround)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, as this role directly impacts the client’s first impression
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or wealth management
- Strong data entry and data validation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with account transfers, onboarding, or asset movement (ACAT experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
