Role Description The Clinic Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care. This role includes supervising clinical and support staff, coordinating patient appointments and flow, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. The Clinic Incharge will monitor adherence to hospital policies and regulatory requirements, manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, and support the implementation of clinical protocols and quality standards. The role involves addressing patient concerns, facilitating clear communication between patients and clinical teams, and supporting the hospital’s commitment to accessible, prompt, and reliable services. The Clinic Incharge will collaborate with management to improve processes, support staff training, and contribute to the hospital’s growth and reputation.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong clinic administration and operations management skills, including staff coordination, scheduling, and workflow oversight.
  • Candidates should possess skills in patient service and communication, including the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Candidates should possess basic knowledge of dental or healthcare practices, including infection control, safety standards, and clinical documentation.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical setting.
  • Candidates should possess leadership and team collaboration skills, including the ability to guide staff, support training, and foster a respectful workplace.
  • Relevant experience in clinic or hospital administration, preferably in dental or healthcare settings, is highly beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, nursing, dentistry, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local languages and good command of English, along with basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, hospital information systems), is an advantage.
