The Role

We are looking for a Compliance Content Consultant to support the development and maintenance of Safetrac's compliance content, ensuring it remains accurate, current and commercially relevant. This role is responsible for researching legislative and regulatory changes, developing engaging compliance learning solutions, and translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical workplace guidance.

The role works closely with the Senior Compliance Consultant, Content, Technology, AI and Client teams to develop high-quality compliance training, assessments and learning resources. By combining strong research, writing and analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement, the role contributes to the delivery of trusted compliance solutions for workplaces across Australia.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Research legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on Safetrac's compliance content.
  • Develop, review and maintain compliance training, assessments, learning resources and supporting content.
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practical and engaging workplace guidance.
  • Support the review and quality assurance of compliance content to ensure accuracy, consistency and legislative alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Compliance Consultant and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality compliance solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content development processes and methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compliance learning through AI, technology and emerging industry trends.
  • Provide subject matter support to internal teams as required.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail across all compliance content.
  • Adhere to Safetrac's vision, values, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to changing legislation, technologies and evolving business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Commerce, Business, Human Resources, Governance or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, legal, workplace relations, governance or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience researching and interpreting Australian legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience developing or reviewing compliance, policy, legal or educational content.

Beneficial

  • Experience developing eLearning or workplace training content.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or compliance technology platforms.
  • Experience using AI-assisted research or content development tools.
  • Experience working in a professional services, technology or SaaS environment.
