The Oman Promotional Brand Office (OPBO) was established pursuant to Royal Directives issued in November 2024 and formally constituted under Ministerial Decree 430/2025. Operating under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, OPBO is the single national entity responsible for managing and promoting Oman's unified brand identity to investors, visitors, businesses, and communities around the world.
Role Summary
Original content owner — captures, edits and produces photo and video content. The Content Creator works in the field, delivers ready-to-publish material, and builds the organisation's owned content library.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, Journalism or related field. Strong portfolio required.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture original photo and video content on location — destinations, people, events, behind-the scenes.
- Edit and produce short-form content for social and digital campaigns.
- Travel as required for shoots; manage on-location logistics and equipment.
- Build and maintain a well-tagged, well-organised owned-content library.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Creative Copywriter on weekly content drops.
- Stay current with content formats, editing styles and creator-economy trends.
Skills & Experience
- Strong portfolio of original photo and video work — ideally short-form, social-first content.
- Proficient with professional camera equipment and mobile-first capture. • Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Comfortable working independently in the field, including across multi-day shoots.
- Eye for storytelling, framing and authentic moments.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel domestically required.
