Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the overall performance of a government contract. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements while managing personnel, operations, safety, quality, and reporting.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience managing U.S. Government or military contracts.
- Strong background in contract management, operations, logistics, warehouse, or facility management.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Contract administration and compliance.
- Workforce planning and team supervision.
- Reporting, quality assurance, and safety management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Criteria:
- U.S. Citizen (Mandatory).
- Ability to act as the primary liaison with Government KO and COR.
- Experience managing contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall execution and performance of the government contract.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Supervise all contract personnel and ensure effective workforce management.
- Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Manage staffing, reporting, quality assurance, safety, and operational performance.
- Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor the contract team while maintaining high service standards.
