Position Overview
- Seeking an experienced Contracts & Sourcing Specialist to provide temporary support within the Enterprise Contracts & Supplier Management team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong contract drafting, negotiation, redlining, and contract lifecycle management experience, particularly with software and supplier agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, and supplier agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution.
- Coordinate approval workflows, obtain signatures, and ensure timely contract completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and business partners.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to align contract terms with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records within contract management systems and provide status updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of contract management or commercial contracts experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and redlining skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end contract execution and signature workflows.
- Experience working directly with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Software contract experience.
- Contract lifecycle administration experience.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large technology companies.
- Experience supporting contracts related to construction, facilities, real estate, or culinary services.
