Control Operator (POLCID)
We are looking for a Control Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize control systems and DCS equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for control systems and DCS equipment.
- Monitor control room systems and verify equipment performance.
- Test protection, safety, and interlock signals.
- Configure and modify POLCID control logic.
- Calibrate field instruments and ensure measurement accuracy.
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and spare parts requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial control systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with POLCID.
- Experience in DCS, PLC, instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in the cement industry or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
