The Country Deployment Director – Morocco is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution, operational delivery, and national rollout of aiSTART and associated AI education infrastructure programs across Pakistan. The role serves as the primary operational lead overseeing ministry coordination, deployment readiness, partner execution, rollout governance, and successful implementation of the platform at national scale. The director will work closely with the Ministry of Education, local partners, Slangit headquarters, and deployment teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, compliance, operational continuity, and KPI achievement across all participating schools, teachers, and students.
Key ResponsibilitiesNational Deployment Leadership
- Lead the national deployment and operational rollout of aiSTART across Pakistan.
- Manage country-level execution plans, deployment timelines, and rollout milestones.
- Ensure alignment between ministry objectives, operational delivery, and platform readiness.
- Oversee execution quality, scalability, and deployment performance across all regions.
- Drive successful onboarding and activation of schools, teachers, administrators, and students.
Ministry & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary operational liaison with the Ministry of Education and related governmental entities.
- Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, and deployment reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with ministry leadership, regional supervisors, and education stakeholders.
- Support strategic discussions related to AI adoption, digital transformation, and national education objectives.
- Ensure operational transparency, KPI reporting, and accountability.
Deployment Operations & Execution
- Supervise country deployment teams, technical onboarding, and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate school rollout schedules, regional deployment activities, and support readiness.
- Oversee Train-the-Trainer (ToT) execution and national enablement programs.
- Ensure operational scalability and deployment continuity across multiple regions.
- Monitor rollout performance and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and supervise country deployment teams, coordinators, support staff, and operational resources.
- Coordinate jointly with local partners and Slangit global teams.
- Ensure proper staffing, training, operational readiness, and execution discipline.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on execution excellence and ministry satisfaction.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory, operational, and ministry requirements.
- Coordinate with governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy teams.
- Identify operational risks, escalation points, and deployment challenges proactively.
- Maintain operational controls and deployment governance frameworks.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track deployment KPIs, adoption metrics, onboarding progress, and operational performance.
- Deliver periodic operational and executive reports to Slangit leadership and ministry stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous improvement of deployment efficiency, support quality, and adoption outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Education, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale program management, digital transformation, education technology, or government projects.
- Strong experience managing ministry-level or national-scale deployments.
- Experience working with public sector stakeholders and large operational ecosystems.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational execution capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed operational teams.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, AI platforms, LMS deployments, or national education initiatives.
- Familiarity with sovereign/government procurement and public sector governance.
- Experience managing multi-regional deployments within Pakistan.
- Understanding of AI adoption frameworks and digital learning transformation.

The Country Deployment Director ensures that deployment execution, ministry engagement, operational scalability, governance, and user adoption are successfully aligned to deliver long-term national impact and scalable AI education transformation.
