Job Purpose
Own the full P&L and general management of the market, leading the local team — including Commercial Directors — to deliver revenue, operational excellence and growth across production, agency/studio and activation services.
Key Responsibilities
• P&L & business ownership — full accountability for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash; deliver against annual budget and growth targets.
• Commercial oversight & revenue — Commercial Directors report into this role; ultimately accountable for keeping revenue on track. Own market-level pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, and step in to support the team on leads, key client meetings and closing deals when needed.
• People & general management — lead, coach and develop the local leadership team; own talent, performance and org health, plus day-to-day operations, finance coordination and governance for the market.
• Domain expertise — deep experience in POSM and retail production houses, and across agencies, studio, design, activation, events and exhibitions.
• Cross-functional delivery — coordinate factory/production, design and finance to deliver client work to quality, cost and timeline.
• Production allocation & network optimization — decide where to produce what across the market's factories; own capacity planning and utilization, make-vs-buy (in-house vs outsource) calls, and factory selection to optimize cost, quality, lead time and margin.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong experience managing P&L and multi-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail production or branding industries is preferred.
