We are seeking a Digital Workspace Specialist to support and optimize digital workplace solutions that enhance employee productivity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration tools, and end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.
- Maintain workplace systems, endpoint devices, and security compliance standards.
- Assist in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver user guidance and promote adoption of digital workplace tools.
- Monitor service performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Digital Workplace environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and endpoint support.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
