Summary:
The Employee Relations Team Leader is responsible for leading and supporting employee relations activities across the organization, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures, focuses on maintaining positive employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and promoting employee satisfaction while providing guidance to managers and stakeholders on employee-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, and employee separations.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and HR teams on employee relations matters.
- Monitor employee attendance, analyze payroll attendance reports, and issue warnings in line with company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Communicate employee action letters such as promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, HSE, and quality management requirements.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, mediation, investigations, and grievance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- SAP HR / ERP functional knowledge is essential.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including 5 years in relevant Employee Relations roles.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.
