[Key Responsibilities]
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze European industrial dynamics and emerging technology trends to provide strategic recommendations for national industrial development.
- International Cooperation: Facilitate technological and trade partnerships between Taiwan and European nations, identifying R&D collaboration opportunities to strengthen bilateral ties.
- Industry Reporting: Author in-depth research reports—including economic forecasts, competitiveness analyses, and investment assessments—to support government policy-making.
- Customized Consulting: Lead cross-disciplinary research projects and provide strategic consulting for international market expansion and collaboration.

[Qualifications]
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in industry analysis is highly preferred.

- Core Competencies: Ability to think independently, a proactive approach to building partnerships with international think tanks, and the flexibility to travel to Europe annually.
- Mindset: A passionate professional eager to undergo comprehensive training in international cooperation.
- Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent.
