About the Role
Winning International Group is seeking an exceptional Executive Secretary to the Chairman at our Singapore headquarters.
Reporting directly to the Chairman, this is a high-impact role that provides strategic, operational and executive support across the Group's global businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership on cross-border initiatives, executive communications, corporate projects and business priorities.
This position is designed for a high-calibre professional with excellent judgment, strong business acumen and the potential to grow into future leadership roles within the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman, including schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and executive correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, speeches, briefing papers and meeting materials to support executive decision-making.
- Organise Board meetings, executive meetings and corporate events, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up.
Strategic Coordination
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the Chairman.
- Monitor project milestones and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct research and prepare analyses on industries, markets, competitors and business opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications with business partners, government agencies and senior executives across the Group.
- Draft professional correspondence and executive communications on behalf of the Chairman.
Project Management
- Support cross-functional and regional projects across the Group.
- Facilitate collaboration among business units and monitor project progress.
- Prepare executive summaries and regular project updates.
Corporate Governance & Confidentiality
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support corporate governance matters and other assignments delegated by the Chairman.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university. Candidates with an outstanding academic record and education from internationally recognised institutions are preferred.
- Postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA or Master's degree) will be an advantage.
Experience
- Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in executive office, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, project management or similar functions.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership is highly preferred.
- Experience in multinational corporations or international business environments will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the Group and external business partners.
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
- Sound commercial judgment and business acumen.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and multicultural environment.

- Experience in multinational corporations or Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience in management consulting or corporate advisory.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, mining, infrastructure, international trade or other global industries.
- Experience working in government agencies, diplomatic services, international organisations or executive offices.
- Overseas study or international working experience.
- Experience coordinating regional or global projects.
