The Company

Our client is an international fund services platform with a strong global presence, supporting alternative fund clients across key markets. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a high-calibre Junior Sales professional to their Hong Kong team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and highly driven to develop new client relationships and grow business opportunities within a fast-moving environment.

The Role

  • New business development: Identify and convert new business opportunities across digital solutions and outsourced services, taking full ownership from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Client acquisition: Proactively approach and engage potential clients, including competitors' accounts, using a targeted and persistent outreach strategy.
  • Account mapping: Research and identify key decision-makers across different functions to better position solutions and build connections.
  • Sales engagement: Lead client discussions to understand operational challenges and present suitable solutions that address scalability and efficiency needs.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Pipeline management: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate tracking of progress.
  • Proposal coordination: Support and lead responses to proposals and client requests, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market insights: Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to refine sales approach and improve positioning.

Your Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client servicing
  • Proven track record in proactive sales environments, including outreach-led or "hunter" roles
  • Exposure to financial services, asset management, or outsourcing solutions is an advantage
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting to decision-makers
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage long and structured sales cycles
  • Fluency in Chinese and English
