We are looking for a dynamic Ground & Rail Coordinator to join our operations team and support the smooth movement of shipments across rail and land transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily rail and trucking operations to ensure on-time delivery
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or operational issues
- Liaise with carriers, rail operators, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor transport schedules, shipment status, and delivery performance
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
