What you'll do
Partnership Growth
- Build strategic partnerships across Government, Education, Enterprise, and SME sectors.
- Own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting to successful onboarding.
- Deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and adoption programs that drive active usage.
User Activation & Adoption
- Design onboarding experiences that help users reach value quickly.
- Improve activation milestones and reduce onboarding friction.
- Increase engagement through data-driven lifecycle initiatives.
Product Growth & Analytics
- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, retention, and engagement trends.
- Design experiments to improve adoption and long-term retention.
- Partner with Product to prioritize features that increase user engagement.
User Research
- Conduct customer interviews and gather user feedback.
- Translate insights into product recommendations.
- Validate new ideas before launch.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to optimize acquisition-to-activation conversion.
- Partner with Product to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to identify churn risks and improvement opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, Customer Success, Product Growth, or Adoption.
- Experience building partnerships while driving measurable product adoption.
- Strong understanding of activation, retention, and product-led growth principles.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Comfortable presenting to executives, educators, government organizations, and enterprise customers.
- Curious, analytical, highly collaborative, and passionate about continuous experimentation.
Bonus Points
- Experience in AI, SaaS, PLG products, or EdTech.
- Experience working with Government or Education sectors.
- Experience scaling digital products from early-stage to growth.
