At InnoForge, we’re supporting a rapidly growing Space Technology company that’s helping governments, defence organisations, and commercial operators better understand and operate in space.
They’re now looking for a Head of Growth, APAC to help drive expansion across one of the fastest-growing regions in the global space ecosystem.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on building relationships across government, defence, and commercial space organisations while helping shape regional growth strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading growth and market expansion across APAC
- Building strategic relationships with government, defence, and commercial space stakeholders
- Developing and managing high-value opportunity pipelines
- Supporting regional go-to-market and partnership strategy
- Representing the business at industry events and customer engagements
- Working closely with technical and leadership teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, strategic growth, or enterprise sales
- Background within Space, Defence, Intelligence, Aerospace, or National Security sectors
- Strong relationship-building skills across complex international markets
- Ability to manage strategic, long-cycle opportunities
- Comfortable communicating technical solutions to senior stakeholders
- Existing APAC network within Space or Defence is highly desirable
