Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Operations at Civilianz, located in Trivandrum. The Head of Operations will oversee daily operations, develop and optimize processes, manage teams, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities also include budgeting, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and fostering effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve organizational goals
- Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to improve performance
- Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Prior experience in EdTech platforms is mandatory
- Strong leadership and problem-solving as well as Decision Making skills
- 3–5 years of experience in an operations managerial role
- Solid understanding of operational processes and business functions
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear and efficient interaction at all levels
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive effective decision-makin
