Job Summary
As an HR Admin Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations across EatX, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From onboarding and employee records to payroll coordination and compliance, you will play a key role in keeping our people processes structured, accurate, and consistent.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee HR administration across the group
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits
- Handle HR documentation, letters, and employee requests
- Support visas and compliance with PRO and government teams
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Lead and support the HR admin team
What We Are Looking For
- 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR administration or HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR compliance
- Confident with HR systems (HRMS) and experienced in managing employee data and payroll coordination
