Butterfly Chocolate Co. is a growing F&B company operating multiple brands across chocolate, cakes, flowers, traditional sweets, gifting, and delivery.

We are looking for an organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to support our growing team and help manage employee affairs, recruitment coordination, attendance, documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee files, contracts, civil IDs, passport copies, residency documents, and related records.

Support local and overseas recruitment coordination, including communication with candidates and recruitment agencies.

Handle onboarding procedures for new employees and ensure all required documents and information are completed.

Support offboarding procedures, resignations, clearances, and final documentation.

Track attendance, absences, lateness, leaves, warnings, and employee-related records.

Coordinate with management, operations, accounting, and department supervisors on employee matters.

Assist in preparing HR reports, employee lists, manpower updates, and staff movement records.

Maintain organized HR data using Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems.

Support the implementation of company policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee communication.

Follow up on staff-related administrative requirements when needed.

Assist the Operations Manager and management team with employee-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in HR, admin, employee affairs, or recruitment coordination in Kuwait.

Good knowledge of Kuwait labor procedures and employee documentation is preferred.

Strong English communication skills.

Arabic communication is an advantage.

Excellent computer skills, especially Excel or Google Sheets.

Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.

Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Strong follow-up skills and ability to work under pressure.

Professional, firm, respectful, and able to deal with employees from different nationalities.

Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, production, or manpower-heavy companies is an advantage.

Transferable residency is preferred.

Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage.
