Company: Confidential

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Ahmed Ibrahim Al Zaabi Motorcycles Establishment (Oldtimer) is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations of our motorcycle business — from sales invoicing and supplier payments to inventory records — while also providing administrative support to the wider team. You will be our on-site finance point of contact in Riyadh, working closely with the head-office finance team, which handles the main accounting — with their guidance and support available to you daily. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a solid foundation in accounting within a supportive environment.

In line with Saudi labor regulations (Saudization requirements), this position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Prepare and process sales invoices for motorcycle sales, spare parts, and service work
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including supplier invoice processing and payment follow-ups
  • Support inventory record-keeping and periodic stock counts (motorcycles, parts, and accessories)
  • Support monthly closing activities and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, expense summaries, and supporting documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements (VAT filing support, e-invoicing records)
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing of financial and administrative records
  • Prepare and share supporting documents with the head-office finance team and follow up on their requests
  • Provide general administrative support: correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with vendors and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad)

Qualifications

  • Saudi national (per Saudization requirements for accounting professions)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Familiarity with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA) is an advantage

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary in line with market and regulatory standards
  • On-the-job training and mentorship from senior finance staff
  • A collaborative, supportive work environment in Riyadh, in a well-established motorcycle business
