Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the AS-03 and AS-05 in tasks relating to property and facility management.
  • Prepare, transfer and classify documents/information received. Maintain a tracker on the various projects.
  • Perform financial tasks (such as creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance. Some positions within the Property and Facility Management Service Line (PFMSL) may be part of a pool of several positions, with reassignment to similar duties at any work site within PFMSL in the National Capital Region.

Essential qualifications

Education

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experiences

  • Experience in providing support or client service in at least one of the following areas: real property, facility management, or project management.
  • Experience in performing data compilation and preparing reports.
  • Experience in providing administrative support services.
