UCC Holding is looking for an experienced Labour Relations Team Leader to join our team in Iraq.

Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in Labour Relations / Employee Relations
✅ Strong knowledge of labour laws, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee engagement
✅ Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
✅ Good command of English (spoken and written)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
✅ Ability to work in a multicultural environment
