You will work closely with seasoned Labour Relations Officers, honing your skills in an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle membership inquiries regarding union processes
• Support members during early workplace issues
• Conduct investigative interviews and gather facts
• Manage grievance documentation and tracking
• Engage with Local Unit Executives and HSAA representatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Labour Relations or similar
• Experience with member advocacy is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license for job-related travel
