Position Overview;
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Specialist to help lead and execute Guildara’s marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a rising marketing leader who is passionate about technology, community impact, youth empowerment, and marketplace growth.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with executive leadership to build brand awareness, increase platform adoption, grow provider partnerships, and amplify Guildara’s mission-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing channels.
- Grow brand awareness for Guildara’s scheduling, payment processing, and marketplace solutions.
- Promote scholarship initiatives and community partnerships in collaboration with The Village Project.
- Support customer acquisition efforts for Providers, Donors, Investors, Partners, & Government.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Help manage brand messaging, public relations, and community engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the technology and family services industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, marketplace platforms, fintech, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with content creation, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mission-driven work focused on youth, families, and community development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of payment processing, scheduling software, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Graphic design or video content experience.
- Familiarity with partnership marketing and community outreach initiatives.
