The Marketing Manager will lead and execute all marketing, sales coordination, and brand positioning activities for ReiDesign and its clients in Angola, with a strong focus on DIP Angola (Dubai Investments Park Angola)

This role combines strategic marketing, event management, sales coordination, creative oversight, and production management, ensuring that all campaigns directly support lead generation, client conversion, and market visibility.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for ReiDesign and client projects
  • Align all marketing activities with sales targets and lead generation goals
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns (digital + offline)

2.⁠ ⁠Events & Activation

  • Plan, manage, and execute high-level events, investor forums, and exhibitions
  • Coordinate with partners (e.g., chambers, government, private sector)
  • Oversee full event lifecycle: concept → logistics → execution → reporting
  • Ensure events generate qualified leads and business opportunities

3.⁠ ⁠Sales Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Ensure proper CRM usage and reporting (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
  • Monitor pipeline progress and highlight priority deals and risks
  • Support sales with presentations, proposals, and client materials

4.⁠ ⁠Digital & Social Media

  • Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, investor-focused content
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and positioning
  • Manage paid campaigns (boosting, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Create and adapt social media content in Portuguese, ensuring high-quality, engaging copy tailored to the local market
  • Translate and localize content from English to Portuguese while maintaining tone, clarity, and intent

5.⁠ ⁠Outdoor Media & Branding

  • Plan and manage billboards, signage, and outdoor campaigns
  • Coordinate with suppliers for production, installation, and maintenance
  • Ensure optimal visibility, placement, and ROI

6.⁠ ⁠Production & Printing

  • Oversee all printing, branding materials, and promotional items
  • Manage suppliers and ensure quality control and timely delivery
  • Supervise design execution in line with brand standards

7.⁠ ⁠Design Coordination & Creative Oversight

  • Develop clear, structured, and comprehensive briefs for internal and external design teams
  • Ensure all briefs align with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and sales goals
  • Follow up on all creative deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution
  • Review and approve materials before production and publication
  • Maintain strong understanding of design workflows and production processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of design file formats (AI, PSD, PDF, print-ready files, digital assets) to ensure smooth coordination and output quality

8.⁠ ⁠Market Intelligence

  • Maintain strong understanding of the Angolan market (Luanda focus)
  • Track competitors, pricing trends, and investor behavior
  • Provide insights to support business development and positioning

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written)
  • Strong knowledge of the Angolan market, especially Luanda
  • Proven experience in: Marketing management | Event management | Sales coordination / lead tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

Experience in:

  • Real estate / investment / industrial projects
  • B2B marketing and investor targeting
  • Working with international clients or developers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with design agencies, ensuring clear communication, structured briefing, and high-quality creative output
