Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reporting Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing medical reporting processes, ensuring accurate data entry, verifying patient information, and maintaining reporting records while adhering to organizational quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register E-Numbers for applicants accurately and efficiently.
- Verify applicant identity using tokens and passports.
- Upload medical reports to the iHealthCure software system.
- Verify laboratory numbers in the iHealthCure system to ensure data accuracy.
- Upload finalized medical reports to the Wafid Portal.
- Scan and organize final reports for quality checking and recordkeeping.
- Maintain reporting files and ensure proper management of historical records and previous data.
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all patient and reporting information.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve reporting discrepancies when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with medical reporting systems such as iHealthCure and the Wafid Portal is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent data entry and record management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
