Role Description

The Office Manager and Business Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role oversees daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized work environment. The individual will handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining records, and supporting internal communication across teams. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and partners, providing responsive customer service, and assisting with basic business processes such as invoicing, follow-ups, and logistics. The role also supports leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and supporting daily office workflows.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Office Equipment and basic troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth operation of office tools and systems.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and collaboration tools).
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Amman and coordinating with production and business teams.
  • Relevant experience in office management, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred; experience in events, media, or production environments is an advantage.
  • Past experience or good understanding on social media is required.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
