2. About the Opportunity:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational management, governance, and performance of the Enterprise Security Operations program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Cyber Operations, this role drives operational excellence across program management, quality assurance, financial oversight, and reporting. The position ensures efficient security program operations, timely project delivery, and clear leadership visibility into performance, risks, and resource use. It requires a strategic and highly organized leader to translate executive priorities into structured execution and maintain operational discipline across teams.
3. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational coordination across security programs aligned with leadership priorities
• Manage major operational initiatives, transformation efforts, and cross-team projects to meet milestones and deliverables
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for operational consistency and continuous improvement
• Support financial planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation to meet financial targets
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for leadership insights
• Design and implement standardized operational processes, documentation, and governance frameworks
• Partner with Senior Director of Cyber Operations to translate strategic objectives into execution plans
• Identify and manage operational risks, dependencies, and issues with timely mitigation and escalation
• Facilitate collaboration among cybersecurity, enterprise technology, finance, and business leadership teams
• Assist with workforce planning, operational forecasting, and resource coordination for program growth
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational leadership, program management, or business operations
• Proven ability managing complex programs and operational initiatives across multiple teams
• Experience establishing operational governance frameworks and standardized processes
• Skilled in financial planning, budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation in a technology or operational context
• Ability to design and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Experience in risk identification, dependency management, and issue escalation
• Strong coordination skills across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication skills for presenting operational insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000
