The Partnerships & Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting Maison Pyramide's business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and commercial growth initiatives across KSA and the GCC. Working closely with the Partnerships Director, the role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining stakeholder and vendor relationships, supporting outreach and lead generation activities, managing CRM and pipeline reporting, and ensuring efficient coordination between internal teams and external partners.
As Partnerships & Business Development Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the growth and development of Maison Pyramide's partnerships function. You will play a key role in maintaining business development pipelines, tracking opportunities, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, supporting vendor registrations and procurement processes, and ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up across all active opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, commercial awareness, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury, lifestyle, and cultural environment.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Partnerships Support
- Support the identification, qualification, and tracking of new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Build and maintain prospect databases, target account lists, and stakeholder networks.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Coordinate introductory meetings, partnership discussions, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in managing the business development pipeline, including opportunity tracking, proposal status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, commercial submissions, and partnership documentation.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, clients, government entities, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and ensure timely follow-up on meetings, proposals, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent Maison Pyramide professionally during meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Vendor Registration & Management
- Manage vendor registrations, prequalification processes, and procurement platform submissions.
- Coordinate documentation requirements, track renewals and compliance obligations, and maintain vendor records.
- Monitor procurement portals and identify relevant opportunities.
CRM, Reporting & Knowledge Management
- Maintain and update the Partnerships CRM, Notion dashboards, stakeholder databases, and opportunity pipelines.
- Ensure all business development activities, stakeholder interactions, proposals, and partnership opportunities are accurately documented and tracked.
- Prepare regular pipeline, activity, and performance reports for management review.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across active opportunities and projects.
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, briefing notes, and status updates.
- Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, administrative requirements, and partnership-related initiatives.
- Coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure timely completion of actions and deliverables.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, account management, vendor management, or a related field.
- Experience working with government entities, hospitality, real estate, culture, lifestyle, consulting, or agency sectors is an advantage.
- Experience with procurement portals, vendor registration platforms, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market landscape.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Effective tracking and coordination of proposals, opportunities, vendor registrations, renewals, and follow-up actions.
- Timely completion of reporting, action trackers, and administrative requirements.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and professional representation of Maison Pyramide across meetings, events, and networking engagements.
- Proactive follow-up and support to ensure opportunities, registrations, and business development initiatives progress efficiently.
