KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cross-Selling Execution
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within payroll client portfolios by reviewing client needs to increase product penetration.
- Support bundled product promotions through coordinated client engagement to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Assist managers in preparing cross-sell proposals to accelerate decision-making and conversion.
- Track sales activities systematically to maintain visibility of pipeline performance.
Client Engagement
- Engage payroll clients to understand financial requirements and position relevant banking products to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate follow-ups after client meetings to support timely sales closure.
- Facilitate product onboarding documentation to ensure accurate processing.
- Communicate onboarding updates to clients to build confidence and transparency.
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments to process product applications efficiently to meet service timelines.
- Monitor onboarding milestones to prevent delays and maintain service reliability.
- Maintain accurate sales records to support reporting and performance evaluation.
- Adhere to bank policies during sales execution to protect compliance integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Senior Officer: 3 – 6 years of relevant sales experience, Branches, Payroll and Operations exposure is a plus.
- Officer: 1 – 3 years of relevant sales or operations experience, preferably banking.
- Junior Officer: 0 – 1 year of relevant experience, preferably banking.
