- Maintain and develop the overall implementation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including the successful execution of Employee Self-Service (ESS) features.
- Execute the payroll process with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring full compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain the payroll records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of all employee data.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to update employee information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Generate and deliver accurate, up-to-date headcount and employee data reports to support internal HR operations and management needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information System, or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficient in HRIS system, reward management, PPH 21 (Payroll & Taxation), and relevant government regulations.
- Preferably having experience using Sunfish as HRIS
- High attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
