Job Description
- Process end-to-end payroll across multiple legal entities with varying payroll structures and compliance requirements, including expatriate payroll
- Manage employment contract signing, government compliance submissions (SSO, PIT), and serve as PIC for Provident Fund administration across all entities
- Serve as primary coordinator and main point of contact for external payroll audits
- Monitor and implement payroll automation processes via App Script
Requirements
- Payroll administration and operations
- Knowledge of employee benefits and government compliance (SSO, PIT, PVD)
- Experience with external audit support
- Proficiency in App Script automation (preferable)
