Job Description
- Perform payroll process as per the timeline.
- Make a payroll report & present it to stakeholders
- Ensure payroll procedure & SOP comply with government policy
- Conduct tax, Pph, BPJS & overtime calculations.
- Review employee benefits, ensure the effectiveness, fairness & competitive
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any degree
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): payroll, Ms. Office, Pph21
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel (formula, reporting) is a must.
- Have a good Analysis, Risk Management, Comben Strategy & Benefits knowledge
- Having good communication skills.
- Discipline, initiative & ability to work under pressure
- Willing to full WFO at Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta
