As a People and Culture Officer, you will provide responsive, high-quality HR support across a range of activities including recruitment, workforce reporting, and employee enquiries. You will manage the HR shared inbox, provide advice on policies and procedures, and support a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.

You will support leaders and employees with practical advice, services and systems, helping to drive a strong and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Include

Managing the HR shared inbox, triaging and responding to enquiries with professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.

Providing HR advice and guidance on legislation, directives, policies and procedures.

Maintaining workforce data and governance reporting, including mandatory training and performance agreement compliance.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however a qualification in human resources or business will be highly regarded.
