Join the Administration and Continuous Improvement Department as a full-time Research Assistant from June 15 to August 28, 2026. Play a crucial role in the Planning, Properties, and Permits division.
This temporary position supports the Development Approvals Process Review (DAPR) by researching various municipal land-use approval processes across Canada. You will document insights, synthesize them into reports for teamwork, and adapt to feedback during regular meetings. Collaborative efforts with interdepartmental groups enhance the project’s effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research municipal land-use approval processes
• Analyze and document your findings effectively
• Prepare memos and reports for team communication
• Attend and engage in team meetings regularly
• Collaborate with interdepartmental project teams
Requirements:
• Aged 15 to 30 years, eligible to work in Canada
• 12th-grade completion plus relevant courses
• Experience in planning or architecture preferred
• No other summer jobs concurrently held
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams
