Policy Analyst – Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs
IntePros is seeking a Policy Analyst to support a Public Policy team focused on monitoring global regulatory, legislative, and political developments. This role is ideal for an analytically minded professional with 2–3 years of experience in public policy, regulatory analysis, government affairs, consulting, or a related field who is eager to contribute to high-impact policy analysis that informs business strategy. The successful candidate will translate complex policy developments into clear, actionable insights while helping improve internal monitoring processes and analytical tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant political, regulatory, and legislative developments across multiple global jurisdictions.
- Conduct research and produce high-quality analysis assessing the business implications of emerging policy developments and regulatory risks.
- Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, and internal updates for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy insights with commercial and operational priorities.
- Support transparency reporting workstreams, ensuring reporting is accurate and aligned with internal requirements and external frameworks, guidance, and templates.
- Help enhance internal monitoring systems, workflows, research processes, and analytical tools.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify, track, and synthesize legislative, regulatory, and policy developments across jurisdictions.
- Maintain current knowledge of global policy trends, regulatory changes, and emerging political developments.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in public policy, regulatory analysis, government affairs, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal, regulatory, and policy information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-supported analysis.
- Demonstrated interest in global political, legislative, and regulatory developments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing source materials, reporting requirements, and policy documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using policy monitoring tools, research databases, or regulatory tracking platforms.
- Experience supporting transparency reporting or regulatory disclosure initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled research, monitoring, or analytical tools.
