As the Principal Planning Supervisor, you will lead a specialist team to deliver high-quality operational and project planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment and surveillance programs.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing streamlined systems and processes, ensuring operational plans and work packages are aligned with organisational priorities, timeframes, and performance standards. By leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills, you will provide critical insights to support decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational outcomes.

Your leadership and ability to engage with stakeholders will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of the program's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a specialist team, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and fostering staff development through training and performance management.

Oversee the development of reporting capabilities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment and surveillance delivery.

Develop and disseminate high-quality operational plans, standard operating procedures, briefing notes, and reports to support program objectives.

Review and streamline internal systems and processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work packages to the operational delivery team.

Analyse business and spatial data to provide actionable insights and support management in improving business performance and operational outcomes.
