We are seeking a local, experienced, and highly motivated Senior Insurance Officer to join our Group and lead the coordination of insurance activities across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and brokers to obtain the most comprehensive and cost-effective insurance coverage for the Group.
- Evaluate insurance proposals, quotations, policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
- Coordinate, follow up, and deal with all health insurance claims and processes.
- handle the Health Insurance of our companies.
- Conduct insurance market reviews and benchmark coverage options to ensure best-in-class protection.
- Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, claims management, and insurance documentation.
- Identify and assess business risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare insurance reports, analyses, and recommendations for management and the Insurance Committee.
- Ensure compliance with corporate insurance requirements and maintain accurate insurance records.
Reporting Line:
The position will report directly to the Group HR Director and the Insurance Committee and provide regular updates, recommendations, and analyses regarding the Group’s insurance portfolio and risk exposure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or insurance brokerage.
- Strong understanding of property, liability, engineering, medical, motor, and other commercial insurance products.
- Good knowledge of health insurance
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
