Pay Range : $70/hr – $75/hr on W2
Time Zones: 2 HC (EST) and 2 HC (PST) – specify in submission
Schedule: Must be flexible, including weekend shifts (mention in submission)
Interview Process: Resume screening → Assessment → 2 interview rounds
Role:
- Handle high-volume privacy support tickets and manage backlog
- Act as SME for privacy-related requests
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with users
- Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to resolve issues
- Improve support processes and privacy workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years in high-volume product support (preferably Tier 2/escalations)
- At least 6 months in privacy-focused support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly
- Comfortable in technical environments and privacy practices
Notes:
- Privacy team environment with high ticket volume
