Qualifications

- Ability to utilize Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and cost efficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or construction industry procurement is an advantage
