As a Program Management Specialist, you will support Army programs from concept to completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Army clients.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
- Assist with tactical planning using Microsoft 365 tools and regular interactions with client leadership and staff.
- Maintain effective communication to keep the program on a productive path and ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a government environment and collaborating with team members and leadership.
- Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Experience submitting visit requests and escorting uncleared visitors.
- Experience working in Army
365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. - Knowledge of Army systems and programs such as MIRARS and DTS.
- Ability to juggle numerous tasks and requirements.
- Secret clearance or eligibility for security investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience streamlining processes and creating SOPs.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). This salary range is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
