Our client Liaison Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Program Officer – Project Management & Development in Peshawar
Liaison Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Program Officer for its regional office in Peshawar. The role requires Frequent travel to various districts of the province as well as outside the province. Candidates should have at least a 16 years qualification in Management Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or any other related field, and a minimum of three 03 years experience in public sector organizations or consulting services, preferably in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Responsibilities
- Design innovative interventions based on evidence and best practices including conducting needs assessments, situational analyses, and stakeholder mapping.
- Prepare technical presentations, briefs, log frames, theories of change, results frameworks, and other program documents.
- Developing project work plans, and implementation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to team/s on implementation.
- Ensuring project implementation and extending support in monitoring implementation progress against approved designs/ formats.
- Review reports and recommend adaptive management actions.
- Any other task assigned by the line supervisor or management.
