The Role
- As part of our international expansion, we wish to appoint a Project Associate for Cambodia on a part-time/project-based basis to support MTI Consulting's assignments in the country.
- Key responsibility: Support the successful delivery of MTI Consulting assignments by providing local project coordination, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, market insights and on-the-ground representation, on either a fixed or time-based fee basis.
The Person
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and project coordination skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, government officials and development partners.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent MTI Consulting professionally during client engagements.
- Professional proficiency in both Khmer and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in consulting, programme management, strategy, economic development or related fields will be an advantage.
