We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Control to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and project performance reporting to ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Establish and manage baseline schedules and monitor project progress against approved plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and performance dashboards.
- Monitor project costs and analyze variances between planned and actual expenditures.
- Perform schedule analysis and identify critical activities impacting project delivery.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment.
- Track and evaluate change orders and assess their impact on project cost and schedule.
- Prepare KPI reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Support project management in forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
- Identify project risks related to schedule and cost and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Control.
- Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance measurement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- PMP, PSP, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
