Role Description
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, communicating project milestones, and assisting with resource allocation. The role also involves tracking budgets, identifying potential project risks, and maintaining open communication between stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position located in Jacksonville, FL.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage project documentation and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of the electrical or technology industry is an advantage
- Prior experience in a project coordinator or similar role is preferred
