Projects Coordinator – Key Profile Indicators Summary

The Projects Coordinator is a strategic execution and accountability role designed to bridge the gap between management decisions and project delivery. The position will support the company's transition to an organization that is systems driven.

Primary Purpose

  • Coordinate, monitor, track, and report on strategic projects.
  • Improve execution, accountability, visibility, governance, and cross-department communication.
  • Ensure projects move efficiently from planning to completion with clear ownership and reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Project planning and coordination across land development, inhouse construction projects, technology, and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitoring project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Executive reporting through weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports.
  • Oversight support for infrastructure, land development, and construction projects.
  • Meeting coordination, action tracking, accountability management, and project governance.
  • Documentation management to create institutional memory and reduce reliance on individuals.

  • Percentage of projects delivered on time.
  • Milestone achievement rates.
  • Reduction in project delays and bottlenecks.

Education & Experience

Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years in project coordination, construction, land development, infrastructure, or operations.
  • Experience in reporting, budget tracking, contractor coordination, and executive communication.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or related certifications are advantageous.
